Elizabethtown Brokerage with Deep Military Ties Joins the National Brand to Pursue Future Growth and Enhance its Referral Network


ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (April 30, 2026) – Century 21 Real Estate LLC, a global
industry leader and the most recognized name in real estate*, is expanding its brand’s
presence in central Kentucky with Bluegrass Realty Pros, Inc in Elizabethtown.
The full-service brokerage was founded just over four years ago by former U.S. Army
Staff Sergeant and 20-plus-year real estate veteran, Jason Jarstfer, and his wife and
Hardin County native, Melissa Jarstfer. Following his high school graduation, Jason
enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in several locations across the globe,
including at nearby Fort Knox, which is how he began to fall in love with the charm of
central Kentucky. After his service ended in 2005, Jason became a licensed real estate
professional in Kentucky in that same year. Since then, Jason has been a top performer
in sales, has worked as a licensed auctioneer and an associate broker, and now serves
as the principal broker/owner of his own company. Melissa followed Jason into the
industry in 2017 and quickly became a robust resource for buyers, sellers, builders, and
investors.
Throughout their real estate career, the Jarstfers reinforced their military ties by
welcoming several other military veterans into the brokerage and by working closely
with nearby military families who provide a robust network of repeat referrals. In
addition to their military expertise, the Jarstfers and their agents can help residents
throughout central Kentucky with residential and commercial sales, land and investment
properties, and real estate auctions.
Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Bluegrass Realty Pros, the Jarstfers and their

training was a key contributing factor behind the Jarstfers’ decision to affiliate with the

months.
