MENDON, Mass. (August 26, 2024) – Century 21 Real Estate LLC., a global industry leader and the most recognized name in real estate*, is expanding the CENTURY 21® brand’s presence in Southern Massachusetts with its latest female-owned affiliation, Custom Home Realty with offices in Mendon and Framingham.
The dual office brokerage was originally founded in late 2017 by broker/owners Deborah Flanagan and Naomi Vogt. Both Flanagan and Vogt spent time working together at an independent brokerage before starting an award-winning business of their own.
Flanagan’s early real estate career was prompted by her house flipping experiences coupled with her background degree in art and design. Leveraging her visual capabilities, knowledge of construction and analytical skills, Flanagan met with success by providing clients cutting edge marketing and advertising along with precise valuations. As a broker, Flanagan focuses her time on growth management while maintaining quality control with both the front and back end of the business.
Vogt’s experience as a young professional juggling roles at a global database company provided a great foundation for her transition into real estate. Not long after Vogt’s real estate career successfully launched, she was mentoring fellow agents while managing deals and perfecting lead generation through social media outlets. Vogt’s excellent interpersonal skills are an important component as she handles onboarding and coaching for the firm’s affiliated agents. She also oversees the firm’s marketing efforts, both on and offline.
Together, the duo have guided their company to become one of the premier residential real estate providers in Middlesex, Worcester, Bristol, Norfolk and Providence counties.
