Veteran-Owned Boutique Brokerage Joins The Century 21 Brand to Pursue Expansion Opportunities and Enhance Current Services
HAMPTON, Va. (April 29, 2026) – Century 21 Real Estate LLC, a global industry leader
and the most recognized name in real estate*, is expanding its brand’s presence along
the Chesapeake Bay with the latest affiliation of Together Home Group in Hampton, VA.
The boutique brokerage is led by the husband and wife duo of managing and principal
broker, Lakisha Brown-White, and co-founder, Brian White. Brown-White has plenty of
real estate leadership experience as Together Home Group is the third successful
brokerage she has launched in her career. She is a results-driven leader who instills in
her team a commitment to treating every client with a “luxury” level of service,
regardless of the price point. Before becoming a licensed real estate professional in
2018, she independently operated her own hair salon business, which is where she
discovered her natural ability to foster customer relationships. Today, Brown-White is
not only an experienced broker, but she is also a Certified Real Estate Staging
Professional, a Certified Luxury Home Agent, and a Certified Buyers Agent.
A significant portion of the firm’s business comes from military veterans and their
families, thanks to the pair’s status as Certified Military Relocation Professionals, as well
as White’s background as a former U.S. Marine. White spent five years in the Marine
Corps, including two active duty tours of Iraq where he eventually reached the rank of
Sergeant before being Honorably Discharged. Once White returned to the U.S., he
briefly worked as an IT professional before entering the real estate industry. Now, he,
Brown and their affiliated agents serve residents throughout Hampton Roads and the
Peninsula metro areas with everything from luxury and investment property assistance
to historic home expertise, design and staging, and first-time homebuyer support.
