The Marty Rodriguez Team Now Part of Rapidly Expanding Southern California Brokerage
Murrieta, Calif. (August 13, 2024) – CENTURY 21 Masters, with 13 offices in Southern California spanning a 140-mile service area from Pasadena to San Diego, has welcomed The Marty Rodriguez Team of Glendora, the CENTURY 21® brand’s No. 1 team by AGC in California in 2023. The move fortifies CENTURY 21 Masters’ presence in Greater Los Angeles and creates significant synergies with its existing offices in Glendora and Walnut.
The Marty Rodriguez Team, previously doing business as CENTURY 21 Marty Rodriguez, will now be part of CENTURY 21 Masters’ operations. CENTURY 21 Masters, originally founded by Neil Schwartz in 1989, has built a strong reputation around its commitment to agent coaching and professional development, consistently producing top-performing independent sales professionals within the CENTURY 21 system.
Broker owner Randy Thompson began his career in the mortgage industry in 2002. He opened his own real estate brokerage, Full Realty Services, in 2007 and in 2019 affiliated with the CENTURY 21 brand with the desire to grow his firm. With a strong M&A strategy in place, the company acquired CENTURY 21 Masters in 2022 and began doing business under that name. Along with his sons, Keith, and Matt, they have spent the last few years putting systems in place to support the growth and success of their independent agents, with a special focus on real estate teams. The firm has since grown to 720+ agents, 50 staff members and 13 offices.
With nearly 50 years of presence in the Los Angeles area, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, The Marty Rodriguez Team has consistently ranked as a top-producing team in the CENTURY 21 system for 10 consecutive years and is widely known and respected in the real estate industry.
A longtime industry leader, Marty Rodriguez started her real estate profession in San Gabriel Valley in 1978, achieving $1 million in sales during her first year. Marty has been consistently recognized as one of the top producing Latino agents in the U.S. securing the #56 spot on the 2024 NAHREP Top 250 Agents list, and ranked No. 3 on the NAHREP® Top 100 Agents by volume list. The Marty Rodriguez Team is also nationally ranked by REAL Trends, coming in at #303 on the REAL Trends 500 ranking by volume. Marty was recently honored by the Glendora Historical Society as a Woman of Distinction for 2024.
