AUSTIN, TEXAS (May 8, 2025) – ERA Experts, LLC of Austin today announced the firm has made a strategic investment in Austin-based Sprout Realty, LLC, which will now do business as Sprout Realty ERA Powered. This investment marks a creative collaboration aimed at supporting Sprout Realty’s continued growth opportunities in Austin, Waco, Dallas-Fort Worth and throughout northwestern TX while preserving the company’s distinct identity and leadership.
Both ERA Experts and Sprout Realty ERA Powered will continue to operate their powerful brands with their respective leadership. With this announcement, the combined operations now include 111 agents who were responsible for a combined $738 million in sales volume and 1,563 transactions in 2024.
