Before transitioning into real estate full time, Schmitt served nearly 13 years as a police officer, earning multiple commendations, life-saving awards, and citizen recognitions for his dedication to service. In parallel, he has spent close to two decades as a science-based personal trainer. Together, these careers instilled the core strengths he brings to real estate today: exceptional communication, attention to detail, skilled negotiation, unwavering integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
