The firm, now doing business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kris & Co.,
has served residents of the Mountain State for over 35 years, most recently under the
leadership of broker/owner Kris Lilly, who purchased the firm in 2019. Lilly has worked
in West Virginia real estate since 2004, first as an agent, and now as both a producer
and a leader. In the past decade, she has held roles within the Fayette-Nicholas Board
of REALTORS® and West Virginia Association of REALTORS (WVAR), which,
