Properties, is led by its original founder and broker of record, Monis Young. Young has
worked in New Jersey real estate for over 30 years, first beginning his career as a civil
engineer before becoming a reputable custom home builder and eventually a broker. In
addition to his background in construction, which has provided him with a robust
network of developers, builders, and architects, Young also has extensive experience in
real estate franchising. Before joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate
network, Young owned six franchise offices, comprising over 250 agents.
Young is joined by his son and CEO, Edan Young, a Rutgers University alumnus who
has spent his entire professional career in the family business. Under the leadership of
Monis and Edan, the firm has established a strong reputation throughout Bergen,
Passaic, and Hudson counties for its adept assistance with residential sales, luxury
homes, new construction, and development-related transactions.
