The EZ Referral Network and PorchLight Realty Group Headline the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance List for the Second Straight Year Alongside Christa Huffstickler
Top Producers List, Sponsored by Sotheby’s International Realty, Accounts for Nearly $6 Billion in Revenue
St. Paul, Minn. (September 25, 2024) – The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has released its fourth annual LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list, honoring 314 agents and teams for their 2023 production. Created in partnership with RealTrends Verified with support from Sotheby’s International Realty, the list recognized Alliance members who combined to generate $5.95 billion in sales volume while completing 10,776 transaction sides in 2023. These figures would rank the Alliance as the nation’s 29th and 36th brokerage in volume and transaction sides, respectively, on the 2024 RealTrends Verified Top 500 list. The Alliance kicks off its annual Experience: The Alliance conference tonight in Las Vegas, Nev.
The EZ Referral Network with Keller Williams Citywide in Westlake, Ohio, headed by Michael Zinicola, led all teams in transaction sides for the second straight year, with 1,035. The team ranked 22nd nationally on the RealTrends Verified list. The Task Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty in Moreland Hills, Ohio, led by Seth Task, with 950 sides, and PorchLight Realty Group with eXp Realty in San Diego, led by Mark Pattison, with 496 sides followed.
PorchLight Realty Group topped all teams in sales volume with $376.7 million, marking its second straight year at the top of the list. The EZ Referral Network earned another top-three placement with $283 million in earnings, followed by the Brady Sandahl Real Estate Group of Keller Williams in Palm Springs, Calif., led by Brady Sandahl, with $204.6 million.
Individual producers were led in both transaction sides and volume by Christa Huffstickler of Engel & Völkers in Atlanta, who generated $89.9 million on 116 sides in 2023. Christina Asbury, of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in Holly Ridge, N.C., generated 58 transactions sides and Bobby West of Coldwell Banker Realty in Pittsburgh, Pa. with 57.9 followed.
Zar Zanganeh of The Agency in Las Vegas, Nev. was second on the individual agent sales volume list with $68.7 million followed by Wendy Storch of Sotheby’s International Realty in San Francisco, Calif. who finished third for the second consecutive year with $57.1 million.
“While the numbers that our members generate on our yearly top producers list are certainly cause for excitement, they only represent half the story of the impact that the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has on the real estate industry,” said Anita Legacy Blue, President of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. “Not only does it show that LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals are powerful forces in the real estate industry, but confirms that those in our community, when afforded the opportunity, can and will excel. We also should take pride in knowing those on the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list play a leadership role in ensuring that members of the LGBTQ+ community have an equal opportunity to gain the American Dream of homeownership without the barriers of discrimination.”
The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list is created in collaboration with the RealTrends Verified. Alliance member agents qualified by achieving at least 15 transaction sides or $6 million in sales volume in 2023. Teams, which must be led by an Alliance member, qualified with a minimum of 25 transaction sides or $9 million in sales volume last year.
Since its inception in October of 2020, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has grown to over 4,000 members spanning across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. The Alliance connects its members to the LGBTQ+ community via LGBTQplusHomes.com profiles.
