Manchester-Based ERA Blanchard & Rossetto Acquires Wallace & Tetreault Realty in South Windsor
MANCHESTER, CONN. (Dec. 3, 2025) – ERA Blanchard & Rosetto today announced the firm has acquired Wallace & Tetreault Realty in neighboring South Windsor. With this announcement, the combined operations now include two offices and nearly 50 agents serving most counties in Connecticut.
Established in 1988, Wallace & Tetreault Realty is led by Ben Wallace and Julie Tetreault, who will continue with the company with an increased focus on sales and guiding their agents through a smooth transition.
ERA Blanchard & Rosetto dates back to 1975 and is one of the oldest ERA companies in the network. Throughout the 70s and 80s the firm not only represented buyers and sellers but also developed parts of Manchester including Rossetto Drive and Westerly Street. Founder Robert Blanchard sold the firm to Eric Gregan, the current broker/owner, in 2015.
