AREAA’s List of Top Producers is Headlined by Stephanie Vitacco, Janet Chen, and Kenny Truong’s Fast Real Estate Team
San Diego, Calif. (September 5, 2025) – The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) today released its annual A-List, recognizing 109 individual real estate agents and 64 teams for outstanding production in 2024. This year’s A-List honorees, all AREAA members, generated a combined $8.49 billion in sales volume across 7,743 transaction sides this past year. The top 50 agents and 25 teams will be honored at the AREAA National Convention in Santa Monica, CA, from October 2-4.
The list of real estate agents and teams on the A-List was produced by RealTrends Verified and presented by Bank of America. Collectively, The AREAA A-List recipients would have ranked as the 21st largest U.S. brokerage by sales volume and 50th by sides when compared to the Real Trends Verified Best Brokerages list.
Stephanie Vitacco of Equity Union Real Estate in Encino, Calif., led all individual sales professionals on the 2025 A-List with 142 sides, ranking her 73rd in the nation on the RealTrends Verified list. She finished second last year. Vitacco was followed by Blair Myers (136) of Blair Myers Real Estate in Macon, Ga., Julie Gritton (98.3) of Coldwell Banker Premier in Lewes, Del., Anthony Domathoti (86) of EXIT Realty Premium in Bronx, N.Y., and Peter Fife (80) of Coldwell Banker Northland in Prescott, Ariz.
Janet Chen of Keller Williams Palo Verdes Realty in Rolling Hills Estates, Calif., led the A-List in individual sales volume with $347.3 million in 2024, placing her 21st in the nation on the RealTrends Verified list. Vitacco ($170.1 million) was second, followed by Dano Sayles ($105.6 million) of Coldwell Banker Island Properties in Wailea, Hawaii, Samantha Huang ($69.8 million) of Corcoran Icon Properties in San Francisco, Calif., and Herman Chan ($59.7 million) of Sotheby’s International Realty in San Mateo, Calif.
Kenny Truong’s Fast Real Estate of eXp Realty in Oakland, Calif., led in team sides with 766 closed sides in 2024. Truong’s team was followed by The Yeatman Group at Long & Foster Real Estate in Midlothian, Va., led by Kyle Yeatman (579), Portfolio Real Estate, led by Samantha Tov, of Elk Grove, Calif. (433), Kevin Cruz’ Kinetic Real Estate in South San Francisco, Calif. (349) and the Pinnacle Team of eXp Realty in Oakdale, Minn., led by Viet Le (310).
Top honors in sales volume also belong to Truong’s Fast Real Estate, which generated $575.1 million. Kinetic Real Estate ($359.2 million) was second followed by The Yeatman Group ($277 million), and the Bethoney Shen Team, led by Michael Bethoney, of Nest Seekers International in New York, N.Y. ($253.6 million) and the Kayla Lee Team of SERHANT in New York, N.Y. ($249.4 million).
“The A-List represents more than a set of rankings – it’s a celebration of the drive and talent we have within AREAA and the impact we make on the industry, buyers and sellers,” said AREAA President Jamie Tian. “These agents and teams are helping to build and strengthen communities and support their clients in achieving the American Dream of homeownership. Their work elevates the visibility and voice of AREAA, and we’re extremely proud to recognize their success.”
The A-List was developed using these criteria:
- RealTrends Verified identified honorees by cross-tabulating AREAA membership with those on its RealTrends Verified list.
- AREAA allowed for individual submissions, allowing individual agents who are AREAA members and generated at least 25 transaction sides or $10 million in sales volume in 2024 to be recognized.
- Teams needed at least 40 transaction sides or $16 million in sales volume to be included. The team lead must be an AREAA member.
